The semiconductor cluster in Gujarat
Gujarat has emerged as a major centre for India’s semiconductor expansion. Healthcare infrastructure at Dholera

Education and housing

Housing is being addressed through multiple channels. A dedicated accommodation facility for investors is targeted for completion by September 2026. Broader residential developments are under way, with projects expected to be ready between mid-2027 and end-2027. A Tent City has already been completed to provide temporary housing and workspace for vendors and workers.
Civic and commercial facilities
Supporting infrastructure is being built alongside residential and industrial facilities. A fire station has been completed to serve the township. A food court opened in July 2026 to support the workforce. A hotel is currently under construction to accommodate visiting professionals and investors. A Tent City with vendor spaces is in final stages of operational approval.
