The 24th instalment of PM-KISAN was released on 30 October 2026. A total of Rs 18,690 crore was transferred to 9.34 crore farmers by Direct Benefit Transfer, at Rs 2,000 each. With this, total payouts under the scheme have crossed Rs 4.64 lakh crore over 24 instalments.

- Go to pmkisan.gov.in and open Know Your Status under the Farmers Corner.
- Enter your registration number (or find it with your mobile or Aadhaar number) and the captcha.
- Verify with the OTP and check the 24th instalment entry.

Did not get the instalment?
The most common reasons are incomplete e-KYC, a bank account not linked to Aadhaar, or land records not seeded on the portal. Complete e-KYC on the portal, through the PM-KISAN app or at a CSC, check your bank’s Aadhaar seeding, and contact your local agriculture officer if land records are pending. Income tax payers, government employees, PSU staff and holders of constitutional posts are not eligible.
About the scheme
PM-KISAN pays Rs 6,000 a year to landholding farmer families in three instalments of Rs 2,000. The Cabinet extended it in July 2026 for 2026-27 to 2030-31 with an outlay of Rs 3.15 lakh crore. Grievances can be raised on the portal, and the Kisan-eMitra AI chatbot answers queries in 11 languages.
