Those registering should provide the following information:
- Company or association name
- Type of industry and product category such as automobile, aerospace, telecom or defence
- The specific scheme involved: SIMS, SARAL SIMS, or QCO EXEMPTION
- Reference number of any existing application, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue in maximum 50 words
- Name and designation of the representative attending
- Contact details including mobile number and email address
The ministry has clarified that walk-in participation will not be allowed due to logistical constraints. Each organisation may send only one representative to ensure that more companies get an opportunity to be heard during the session.
Third-party representation is not permitted. This means that company representatives must attend in person on behalf of their own organisation rather than sending external consultants or intermediaries to raise their concerns.
