Who is eligible
Company must be incorporated as a private limited company, registered partnership or LLP in India, less than 10 years old, annual turnover under Rs 100 crore, and working towards innovation, development or improvement of products/services with high potential for employment or wealth creation.

Certificate of incorporation/registration, PAN, details of directors/partners, brief on business and innovation, website/pitch deck if any, and proof of funding (if any).
How to apply
Register on the Startup India portal (startupindia.gov.in), fill the profile, and apply for DPIIT recognition under 'Recognition' tab with the required documents. Certificate is usually issued within a few working days after verification.
