Doing Business

In short

Doing Business covers two things: setting up and growing a business inside India, with the schemes and steps that apply, and doing business abroad, with country guides on trade, treaties, company registration, visas and tax for Indian founders and exporters.

Two things sit under this section. If you are building in India, start with the India guide: the market, the sectors, and every central scheme that puts money or credit behind a business. If you are exporting or setting up overseas, the country guides cover bilateral trade, the treaties that cut your duty, and how to register a company there.
